Job Responsibilities
        Strongest technical expertise in accounting decision making for routine business operations & various special projects per US GAAP & Corp Policy.
        Review and Ensure Fin Statements of all APR units are prepared timely and presented fairly in accordance with US GAAP & Corp Policies, by working closely with Share Service
        SOX Focal for APR by liaising with different BU & Functional teams, to review & ensure the Corp Internal Control Standard & Policies are in place for all process in APR
        Proactively & Openly address Fin/Operational Control issues or potential risk exposures through systematic watching/alerting tools, closely follow up till resolved
        Instill APR Fin/Accounting Disciplines to drive people mindset and behavior changes in pursuit of sound APR control environment & high accounting quality
        Key Interface among country Fin team, Corp Controller group, Other Regional functional teams to drive integrated & speedy decision making
        Contribute to develop a first class Fin Controller team through providing technical knowledge training, timely feedback,

Qualification
        Hard Skill Sets
        Very familiar with US GAAP, China GAAP, SOX framework with progressive 8-10 years working experience in Big 4 international accounting firm as s senior manager. Additional 2-5 years working experience in MNC is a plus
        Having Recognized Professional Certificate, like ACCA/CGA, and China CPA. Additional CMA or MBA is a plus
        Good Analytical Skills supported by Logic thinking
        ERP experience (like SAP) is a plus
