+ Telephone interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
+ Prepare and Produce a Monthly Profit & Loss Report as well as Balance Sheet Report
+ Report to the General Manager and CEO monthly commenting on any variances, monthly Inventory and Inventory Evaluation
+ Reconcile Profit and Loss / Balance Sheet nominal accounts quarterly and at the year-end (December)
+ Cost Accounting & Stock reconciliation, be able to supply a 12 week cash flow forecast, budgets for the Financial Year
+ Be responsible for systems development, Bank Reconciliation, inter-company Reconciliations, Accounting Book - Vouchers and Statements
+ Quarterly and Annually tax filing to the authorities - Income Tax, Vat and Vat Refunds, Stamp duties and Business Tax
+ Provide all required information for annual Audit and liaise with auditors
+ Maintenance of Accounting control procedures, supervision of other team members

Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or relevant fields
+ At least 5 years Accounting / Finance working experience in an international environment
+ Good knowledge of Chinese Accounting practices and principles
+ Proven management accounting preparation experience, posses’ strong analytical and research skills
+ Must have experience in Quarterly & Annually tax filing to the authorities - Income tax, Vat & Vat refunds - Tax Bureau
+ Background in manufacturing enterprises is preferred
+ Good PC (MS-office), Outlook (Email & Diary), E-Tax system, Vat Rebate system skills
+ Good organizing, presentation, problem analysis and judgment, problem-solving as well as information and task monitoring skills, attention to detail and accuracy
+ Able to work independently, team player
+ Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
+ German language proficiency highly preferred
+ Willing to work and live in Tianjin
