职位描述：  

1.Monitor the market trend and give suggestions to General Manager for long term business development
2.Assist General Manager in the preparation of the yearly budgets
3.Define with each section manager an action plan to achieve the budgeted target
4.Monitor the execution of the action plans
5.Lead, assist and coordinate all the section managers in their daily works
6.Design incentive programs to motivate the sales force
7.Plan and control the department expenses according to budget
8.Check and approve customer's applications for credits
9.Ensure recruitment, training and career management in coordination with HR.
10.Coordinate with other departments
11.Ensure the department staff to follow the Group's QHSE requirement  


任职资格：  

1.8 years manager experience in sales
2.Experience in management of large team and multi-layers organization
3.Knowledge of lubricants business
4.Knowledge of Group organization
5.Fluent in Mandarin and English
