Core businesses include Private Equity, Real Estate, Structured Investment and Finance and Asset Management. throughout its offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo and New York.

they have a JV with Russia goverment provide equity financing to attractive non-extractive projects (oil & gas) in Kazakhstan, China and other CIS countries. We need to hire several team members from top to analyst level.
the person who fit MD and PO must:
1.At least 10 senior management experinece in invsetment banks.
1.Act as country head.keep relationship for with russian high level clients
2. Exerience in government relationship. deplomatic relationship and corporate relationship.M&A transection knowlegy.regulatory in Russia
3 .Develop corporate finance team.solid and hands-on experience in capital investments.financial risk and investor relations management
4.Experience in initiating IPO in east europe.
5.Excellent commond of english. russian. chinese will be advantage but not neccesary
