Requirement: Bachelor degree in mechanical or textile 5-10 years track record of successfully developing sales of textile machines in China. Self-motivated Strong sense of team work Strong ability to develop new clients Hands-on experience of industrial marketing (market plans, sales channels, promotion, etc) Hands-on experience of bid preparation and contract negotiation. Strong oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin. Good analytical skills. Ability to make decisions and recommendations. Responsibilities: Conduct market assessment and identify target applications and key clients Develop an extensive network of relationships with executives of industrial manufacturers, general contractors, consultants, and textile machinery institutes in China preferred Identify and develop new opportunities with appropriate selectivity. Understand client decision process and key success factors, as well as establish privileged relationships with key customers in order to differentiate our offer from our competitors. Ensure timely and reliable bid preparations with the business units, and follow-up bid evaluation. Negotiate acceptable contractual terms and conditions before contract signing to ensure smooth contract implementation. |
