Requirements:
        5-8 years of related experience in assembly is required

Key Responsibilities
•        Hands on experience in assembly shops with min 2-3years of working knowledge as supervisor in an assembly shop, MNC experience would be advantage.
•        Prefer mechanical/industrial products experience
•        Solid understanding of basic assembly components, tools, cycle time, material handling, standard operating procedure, quality inspection, and ability to read the engineering drawings
•        Exposure to Production methods, job scheduling, manpower planning, over time management, and operator recruitment.
•        Fork lift driving license would be a plus
•        Exposure to process improvement, 5S,7QC tools
•        Exposure to ISO
•        Textile knowledge would be advantage
•        Other assignment appointed by the management team
