Responsibilities:

1.        Plan and schedule production to ensure promised delivery schedule is met.
2.        Monitor production output against the schedule to achieve schedule adherence goals.
3.        Coordinate the ATP (Available to Promise) process and provide re-schedule options where necessary.
4.        Manage expedites and prioritize schedule.
5.        Monitor the inventory level.
6.        Plan materials to ensure smooth supply.

Skills/Qualification Required:

1.        Min. 3 years of planning or related experience in high volume manufacturing environment.
2.        College degree or above.
3.        English CET-6 required.
4.        Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
5.        Good knowledge of quality management system.
6.        Excellent problem solving abilities.
7.        Numerical and literal skills.
8.        Good working knowledge of MRPII/ERP system. Experience on SAP is a plus.
9.        Strong ability to adapt, learn and logical thinking, necessary sensitivity to different culture and region.
