Goals/Mission        The Head of QHSE for SCM APAC will have the overall responsibility for all QHSE activities. This includes the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS including internal audits and implementation of SWP' IMS (Integrated Management System)

Working Partners/Contacts        The Head of QHSE refers disciplinary to the Head of supply chain APAC. Functional reporting to SWP BE headquarters functions in Brande, Denmark.

Tasks        -Lead all SCM related Quality and HSE initiatives in the APAC region (manufacturing & procurement). Lead the operative Supplier Quality activities in the APAC supply chains.
-Implementation af IMS (Integrated Management System) within SCM APAC
-Setup, certify and maintain SCM APAC's ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS systems
-KRIMA system implementation for nonconformance reporting on QHSE issues
-Maintain supplier database showing status on supplier qualification and approval process
-Report on QHSE status/KPI's within SCM APAC and to HQ
-Setup and drive local MRB (Material Review Board) for SCM APAC
-Coordinate QHSE tasks with HQ Brande

Education        Bachelor or above

Knowledge/Languages        -5 - 10 years experience as International Quality Manager

-Dynamic and Self-driven business-oriented leader
-Continuous improvement, Six Sigma and/or LEAN experience
-SQM (Supplier Quality Management) knowledge
-English

Experience        -Act across the complete SCM organization in APAC dealing with multiple functional references across different plants/sites.
-Initiate continuous improvements based on CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) across activities the QHSE function
-People management for the IMS group and the Head of SQM
-Lead through managers in an international environment
