+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Keep excellent contact with main customers on diverse levels
+ Promote products to new customers and identify new business
+ Lead internal pricing process in compliance with our business process and external negotiation
+ Ensure regular customer payment according to contracts
+ Evaluate and fine tuning customer demand forecast, deliver customer demand to production with high accuracy

Requirements:
+ Bachelor or master degree in mechanical or automotive engineering
+ More than 5 years sales experience in automotive power train area
+ Relevant mechanical engineering Know-How with high commercial sensibility
+ Comprehensive Know-How to automotive Supply Chain
+ Self-motivated, ready to learn, logical thinking and team spirit
+ Good communication skill both in English and Mandarin
+ Ready for travel and willing to live and work in Shanghai
