Responsibilities:
+ Build up and continuous improvement on products’ bill of materials (BOM), prepare the related documentations for production
+ Modify products according to customer demand
+ Conduct new product design (R&D)
+ Carry out innovation and minimize cost for products
+ Work out product workmanship and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) according to the current situation of products
+ Take part in the project management
+ Perform other duties as required

Requirements:
+ Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
+ More than 3 years of related experience with revolving door products
+ Experience in product sourcing and Automatic Door industry as well as project management with design
+ Previous contact with suppliers for related products
+ Proficient in MS Office, practical experience in CAD, preferably in Auto CAD and Solid-works
+ Able to perform calculations and feasibility judgment based on customer requirements
+ Willing to be involved in future R&D for new product design
+ Strong problem analysis and solving as well as communication skills and team work spirit
+ Continuously improvement and high cost conscious
+ Initiative, creation and willing to take challenge
+ Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
+ Willing to live and work in Suzhou
