Responsibilities:
> Provide overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability as well as day-to-day leadership and management to all company operations functions with the following responsibilities:

+ Manage organization operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies in coordination with the headquarter in the United State.
+ Develop and create strategies and policies aligned with global organizational goals
+ Implement programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit
+ Provide direction and structure for operating units
+ Develop and maintain local clients as well as interact with clients on operational level and coordinate client audits
+ Direct management of department heads as well as coordinate and communicate between departments
+ Manage and control of the day-to-day operations, supervise, check and evaluate subordinates
+ Meeting annual growth and operation targets set by headquarter
+ Supervise implementation of industry standards such as TS and ISO standards
+ Comprehensively report to the Managing Director Asia and VP Global Manufacturing

Requirements:

+ Bachelor Degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline such as Mechatronic, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
+ As Automotive Operations Executive with 8 - 12 years of management experience and success in achieving budget targets and delivering goals
+ At least 5 years experience of managing advanced automated assembly operations for mechatronic or mechanical modules for the Automotive Industry
+ Experience of dealing with international and local automotive OEMs
+ Proven ability to excel in a operation with cross-functional responsibility in China
+ Experience of working with critical power train and engine components preferred
+ Experience with precision injection valves, pressure control valves, solenoid valves, hydraulic controls, toroidal systems
+ Technical understanding of automotive power train and engine applications
+ Understanding of hydraulic and mechatronic systems for automotive transmission and engine applications
+ Start-up and solid experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, competent IT user (ERP, MS Office systems)
+ Excellent negotiation, problem resolution, time management, organizational and interpersonal as well as team building, mentoring and leadership skills
+ Effective analyst and problem solver as well as efficient communicator
+ Strong cross-cultural understanding as well as self-motivated and directed
+ High level of integrity and empathy to handling a diverse set of personalities and situations
+ Fluent in written and spoken English
+ Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and German skills are a big plus
+ Willing to live and work in Jiangsu province
