MAJOR FUNCTION:  

Manages all physical inventory, inventory movement, and transactions for raw material, work in process (manufacturing orders), outside processes, finished parts, and finished goods product to maintain and ensure control and accuracy. Maintains records, manages stock, and inventory movement of raw materials, work in process (manufacturing orders), outside processing, and reconciliation of all inventory adjustments, transactions, and the reconciliation of manufacturing orders.  Manages all inventory transactions related to receiving, issuing, scrap, stocking, distributing, and packaging.  Maintains accurate inventory records and prepares reports.  Manages and oversees all physical inventory processes and outcomes and is responsible for all inventory accuracy.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)         Work directly with the department throughout Oceanview including and not limited to purchasing, sourcing, assembly, quality control, logistics, manufacturing (CNC, gear hobbing, buffing, finance, logistics and engineering.  
2)         Managing warehouse staff to ensure that all are trained and accurately using the GP ERP system and that all procedures and policies of the Company are followed to ensure accuracy of the inventory.
3)         Responsible for the warehouse layout and control and storage of all raw material, component parts, and finished goods.  
4)         Responsible to manage and audit all inventory transactions throughout the organization and auditing all transactions to ensure accuracy.  Reconciling and documenting all inventory variances and adjustments.
5)         Receiving of all merchandise into the facility form vendors, etc.
6)         Managing all inventory transactions, records, and accuracy through the Great Plains ERP inventory system
7)         Process inventory in an efficient and orderly manner, maintaining integrity of inventory while meeting all the demands of the production and assembly schedules
8)         Maintain all warehouses and stockroom in an organized and orderly fashion
9)         Maintain proper documentation of all transactions and priorities
10)         Communicate and manage all inventory transactions and processes to warehouse  and all department personnel
11)         Report any discrepancies to the planning, purchasing and accounting departments
12)         Additional duties as assigned
13)         The Inventory Manager must live and demonstrate W.C. Bradley Co. values.
