<description><![CDATA[Job name : Operations Manager<br>Line manager: GM(在法国)<br>Mission:<br>1)	Coordinate the Production, Engineering and Quotation departments.<br>2)	Take care of financial planning and report to the Chairman.<br>3)	Draw up production schedules in line with the costs and resources and the different projects<br>4)	Ensure the team respects scheduling.<br>5)	Develop and implement subcontracting<br>6)	Ensure all workshops monitor quality (quality indicators, corrective actions...)<br>7)	Organise and lead weekly meetings with the Workshop Manager, Technical Manager<br>8)	and any others as so required.
