<description><![CDATA[POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:  <br>1.Work closely with Plant Manager, Divisional HR Team as well as HR Shared Service Center on SH Plant staffing and human capital optimization.  Involved with headcount budgeting and ongoing monitoring / control.<br>2.Involved in selection and onboarding process for all plant new hires; Facilitate plant employees’ change of status and possible exit procedures.  Make sure all employment practices are in line with applicable Labor Laws and Regulations <br>3.Maintenance of data regarding monthly time and attendance, leave management.  Provide on-time and accurate information to SSC for payroll and benefit administration.<br>4.Work out and implement plant level training plans according to business requirements (Safety, ISO, etc.)  Ensure that all training records are properly documented and filed.<br>5.Work with plant team closely on Safety, Occupational Health, quality and productivity improvement initiatives.<br>6.To provide general admin support and coordination to the plant.<br>7.To assist the company’s operation in new facility establishment in North China<br>8.To facilitate internal communications at plant level, handles team building, employee relations, and support the planning and organization of themed employee events (Meetings, Annual Party, etc.)<br>9.Other projects assigned by HR Director.<br><br><br>POSITION REQUIREMENTS: <br>1.Bachelor degree with major in HR or related areas.  <br>2.More than 5 years related experience in HR field with at least 2 years experience as an HR Supervisor or Manager.
