The GEC team includes design and after sales service engineers, who are responsible for the technical support and systems integration of the TM Membrane Bioreactor (MBR), Ultrafiltration (UF), and Electrodeionization (EDI) products for our Global Commercial teams.  <br>The individual will need to effectively coordinate activities between the global DW&PS and Environmental teams.  The main responsibility will be for the MBR products; however, there will be a high level of interaction with’s UF, EDI, Reverse Osmosis (RO), and Ion Exchange (IX, IER) products as we move to integrated solutions.  The candidate will also provide feedback to the Applications Development, Research & Development, and Marketing teams for product improvement and development opportunities.    <br>There will be a high degree of outside-in focus to represent the business at relevant trade associations, and delivering technical papers that highlight our capabilities and experience in targeted applications.<br>The individual needs to have a minimum of 5 years experience and technical expertise in MBR system design & engineering. Planning: <br>-	In coordination with the VP of Sales & Marketing in Asia, the Strategic Sales Director needs to establish both market and target customer strategies for the Company<br>-	Develop and Implement the account management system to develop the selling disciplines which includes; Company profiles, organization charts, customers markets and strategies, etc.; i.e., know the customer, their business and competition. <br>-	Client’s documented vision for the customer<br>-	Account objectives, major programs, and opportunities database<br>-	TAM/SAM analysis<br>-	Resource planning (analyzing regional coverage against WW account strategy)<br>-	Executive relationship map<br>-	S/he is responsible for driving the establishment of both annual and quarterly Sales Plan / objectives aligning with the Company's business plan through individual account manager<br>-	Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the company, most specifically with Core Products and Technologies Group (CPT) and Strategic Market Segment Group (SMS)<br><br>2. Execution<br>-	The position should understand the influence model, leverage key technologists and integrate all internal and external resources (including investment process) to <br>	Enable their technologies to the key architect influencers in the named customers<br>	Drive for the early engagement and successful solution / platform selling to the concept stage of the design-in <br>	Sustain their competitive advantage at the accounts <br>-	While representing the company to the customers and the customers to the company in sales-related activities, s/he is holding accountability for ensuring that ongoing customer service is provided in both short and long run, and meeting assigned quota that may not be measured on sales volume alone  <br>-	The position is expected to spend a significant portion of time in the field <br><br>3. Leadership <br>-	Responsible to select, direct, develop, motivate and evaluate assigned employees: good people mentorship and coaching put in place to drive the business<br>-	Defines and manages the quarterly and annual sales objectives for all of the sales personnel<br><br>Top 3 Requirements <br><br>1. B.S. or above in Communications or Electronics Engineering <br>2. Minimum 10-year relevant experience, in particular on key account management, and minimum 5-year managerial experience<br>3. Semiconductor industry background and/ or System/application selling experience preferable<br><br>Special Requirements <br><br>1. Requires the ability and the judgment to establish clear plans and goals while maintaining the flexibility to adjust in a rapidly changing environment<br>2. Proven ability to interact, influence and motivate management and staff across an organization, and works well within a matrix environment<br>3.
