Due to their increased activities in China Region, an opportunity has now arisen for the role of Manufacturing Director, to take the responsibilities for managing and leading all marketing activities and channel building.<br><br>Job Summary:<br>	-Managing and leading all Marketing activities and Channel building by collecting, researching and analyzing AC drives market, Partners and competitor;<br>	-Support and participate in the China Sales & Marketing strategy and budget making. <br><br>Responsibilities:<br>For Marketing Part <br>Business development:<br>	-Support and participate in the China sales & marketing & Partner strategy making.<br>	-Brand development plan.<br>	-Pricing policy.<br>	-Segment development plan.<br>	-Channel management and development (including Distributor/SI/,etc)<br>	-Lead information collecting, researching, analyzing AC drives market and competitor information. <br>	-Developing, maintaining suitable channel, method to gathering useful market information.<br>	-Coaching, motivating regional sales to collect and give feedback of marketing related information<br>	-Develop and organize regular market, reference, Partner, competitor analysis and tailored report for top management team.<br>	-Market reports<br>	-Segment report<br>	-Application report<br>	-Partner report<br>	-Reference report<br>	-Both successful and unsuccessful cases/project analysis<br>	-Other reports required by top management team<br>	-Maintain good communication and cooperation with China regional sales team, management team and related persons in headquarter.<br>	-Develop and maintain good partner relationship with Segment Association, Design Institute, and other related departments.<br>	-Responsible for annual market action budget and planning.<br>	-Responsible for China marketing strategy implementation and monitoring. <br>	-Marketing action Cost control and management.<br><br>For Distributor Part <br>Business development:<br>	-Participate in the strategy, policy decision making process of partner management in China. Implement partner development strategy in China.<br>	-Develop new partner, maintain good relationship with current partner, provide support of business increasing through channel continuously.<br>	-Direction with partner’s project, following up, establish healthy sales channel, find out best solution and make proper offer to customers.<br>	-Collect feedback from partners and make proper policy to motivate existing partners and attract new partners.<br>	-Make bottom-up budget for regional partner business with sales director and allocate to sales team.<br>	-Responsible for the budget fulfillment to partner business.<br>	-Monthly sales forecast and regular review for smoothly business development and sales performance monitoring.<br>	-Cost control.<br><br>Managerial duties:<br>	-Planning, forecasting ability of both short & long term period. <br>	-Communication, cooperation with other department.<br>	-Coaching, motivating others.<br>	-Decision making.<br>	-Reporting, database management.<br><br>Job Knowledge, Skills & Experiences:<br>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties satisfactorily. Good knowledge of AC driver market is preferred.<br>	-Clear understanding/ methods of how to collect, analysis valuable information. Sensitive of market developing trends.<br>	-Strategic thinking, planning capability, market research & analysis skill, leadership, entrepreneurial sprit.<br>	-Open mind, innovative, good communication, presentation, negotiation skill.<br>	-Proactive and aggressive.<br>	-Used to work with limited back office people as well. <br>	-Good English skill.<br>Reasoning abilities:<br>	-Ability of providing quick, efficient, flexible response both on daily work and urgent cases;<br>	-Ability solve problems independently and innovative;<br>	-Ability of fast learning.
