<description><![CDATA[Job Duties:<br>  <br>Working with PGM Global Contract Manufacturing, Procurement, R&D, GMS and PGM plants, support the EHS Supplier Program in China/India. Key responsibilities include assessing EHS risks at supplier facilities and with consideration of business activities implement suitable support models to drive improvement in performance. Support may involve training and competence building, infrastructure design guidance, writing procedures and sharing of best practices, either through the successful candidate or leveraged from other internal Pfizer expertise, external consultants or suitable industry groups. The goal is to support business objectives for cost effective sourcing without compromising Pfizer's commitment to EHS or incurring unacceptable risks or liabilities. <br><br>Principal responsibilities include: <br><br>1.	Monitor supplier improvement plans ensuring focus on key risks for respective facilities and closure within an acceptable timeframe; <br>2. <description><![CDATA[Position Title: Process  Manager<br>Location: Suzhou Industrial Park<br>Business: Engineer Coating Application Services<br><br>Position:	Process Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the coatings and finishing business segment within the Company Suzhou Division.  This includes all regulatory (safety and environmental) compliance requirements which must be managed and met at all times; achievement of productivity rates that are established and supporting the meeting or exceedence of the sales and OI budgets.  Incumbent must be customer oriented with a focus on customer quality requirements and insure that these requirements are met; labor management is maintained at a high professional standard; automation programs are developed and implemented in a timely manner; continuous improvement in customer service levels is achieved; and that all company policies and procedures are enforced.<br>Requirements:<br>Graduated from an accredited four year institution, preferably with a chemistry, chemical engineering or materials degree (other technical degrees will be considered) with at least 5 years of processing/coatings management experience<br>Or<br>Graduated with a two year associates degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or materials with at least 8 years of processing/coatings management experience<br>Or<br>At least 10 years with progressive management responsibility up to an including production/operations management in the metal finishing industry.<br>Must have managed a workforce of more than 10 employees, in a metal finishing service environment is required<br>Must be customer oriented with the ability to understand market expectations and cycles<br>Experienced in managing a chemical business with the related stringent environmental and safety regulations and safety programs associated with this industry<br>Experience in quoting and pricing, knowledgeable in blue print reading and interpretation of engineered drawings<br>Familiar with the metal finishing market in China<br>Must be highly professional individual with oral and written skills and able to communicate effectively within all levels of the internal organization as well as with all levels of the customer's organization. <br>		<br>Able to function as a member of top management within the division, while being totally committed to working on a team basis with personnel at all levels of the company.<br>Must be a “hands on” type who prefers working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.<br>Skill Sets:<br>Knowledgeable of chemical reactions and surface treatments<br>Fundamental knowledge of plc controlled application systems<br>Knowledgeable in Hazardous communications, spill containment, waste disposal and regulatory statutes<br>Experienced with PPE<br>Experienced with computers and computer software in a systems environment<br>Effective communications<br>]]></description>
